    **Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)**

    **Minneapolis, MN - Part Time to Full Time**

    **Jones-Harrison** is seeking a **Front Desk Receptionist** to join our team The **Front Desk Receptionist** provides excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors into the community. This position is responsible for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, and managing both external and internal calls. **Here at Jones-Harrison, we offer a positive, teamwork environment, where YOU are the key to our success Join our family of caring & compassionate employees who take pride in the work they do**

    **Pay:** $15.00+, based on experience

    **Shift:** Part-time positions available, must have flexibility to work until 7pm and every other weekend.

    **Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:**

    Greet and assist families, visitors, and residents in friendly and helpful manner

    Answer multi-line phone system, take messages, and answer general inquiries

    ensuring all visitors and residents are using the sign-in/out procedures

    Responds to emergency situations calmly and effectively

    Organizes and distributes mail to residents and staff

    Administrative tasks as assigned

    **Education/Experience Requirements:**

    High school diploma or GED preferred

    One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position

    Prior experience working in a long-term care facility a plus

    Must receive a not disqualified criminal background result from DHS and may not be on the OIG exclusions list

    In accordance with CMS Vaccine Mandate, candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccine or submit documentation for exemption

    Champions hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.

    Ability to multi-task and work efficiently independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment

    Must have good people skills, ability to work cooperatively with staff, families, residents, and administration for the benefit of the resident

    Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines

    Ability to work with residents and staff from diverse backgrounds

    Genuine compassion for the elderly and dedicated to enhancing their quality of life
