Position Summary:
Marketing
:
This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing department, including assisting with planning and tracking marketing campaigns, capturing and analyzing data, reporting, updating Marketing content, continuous improvement of lead programs, acting as a liaison between Sales and Marketing departments, and
coordinating successful trade shows and events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
Responsible for updating and distributing a variety of weekly and monthly reports combining data from multiple sources and systems.
Help develop new ideas and marketing strategies.
Monitor and develop creative and promotional items to keep items fresh and current.
Contract photography and creative services with 3 rd
party vendors
Participate in weekly departmental meetings.
Responsible for tracking internal employee-to-employee award program and distributing awards.
Monitor inquiry inbox throughout the day and distribute leads to Sales Team.
Assist CRM Manager with continuous improvement of company's intranet, SharePoint.
Assist Satellite Select team with Power Points and other promotional content.
Manage users in lead source platforms and assist in scheduling training as needed.
Coordinate all aspects of Corporate Events and Tradeshows
Act as liaison between Sales Team and Marketing department offering assistance and expertise on requests, questions, and new ideas.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
Shown ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members to accomplish tasks.
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles preferred
Adobe or other Creative Suite experience a plus
Thoroughness and detail oriented
Technical Capacity

Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong Interpersonal communications skills
Physical/Mental Demands:
Position requires a high degree of concentration to manage frequent interruptions while meeting strict deadlines. Position is largely sedentary; however, some filing is required. The ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend, sit or stand is necessary. Occasional driving and travel is required.
