    SUMMARY

    The PM Coordinator is responsible for implementing preventative maintenance and managing the preventative maintenance contracts.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answers incoming calls regarding PM
    • Reviews customer accounts for upcoming PM dates
    • Calls customers to get approval for ordering parts for PM service
    • Responsible for data entry in the system (updating point of contact, etc.)
    • Verifies contract information against service history to ensure accuracy
    • Aligns specific customer PM's together
    • Requests equipment inventory lists from customers
    • Removes non-existing equipment from PM contracts or adds missing equipment
    • Adjusts master parts lists as needed
    • Works closely with customer service representatives on quotes, purchase order issues to amend parts orders
    • Works closely with Inside Sales to start PM contracts on machines they are currently selling
    • Notifies appropriate sales staff when a contract is established for new machines sold
    • Collects start-up sheets form technicians after equipment start-up
    • Submits completed start-p sheets to PEM to register warranty
    • Modifies PM contracts when technician notes a recurring parts issue
    • Works closely with the Inventory Manager on all parts issues
    • Sends customer surveys to customer after service appointment is completed, gathers and records this data
    • Follows up with any customers who expressed having a negative experience, works with the Service Team to find resolutions
    • Notifies the Central Dispatcher when a new machine is started up, add the machine to a PM contract
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments under tight deadlines
    • Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability and willingness to work overtime when required.
    • Highschool Diploma or GED
    • Computer skills required: Microsoft office suite
