Marketing & Construction Coordinator
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily route preparation and route database for marketing activities.
- Coordinate with ERP systems for database management and file completion assistance.
- Handle supplies and office materials procurement for both marketing and construction needs.
- Assist with scheduling all warranty activities related to construction projects.
- Enter lead/jobs into the operating system and ensure accuracy of project information.
- Schedule initial visits with customers for both marketing and construction purposes.
- Educate customers on both marketing and construction processes as necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed for both marketing and construction projects.
- Maintain customer and client communications throughout marketing and construction processes.
- Support Construction Managers (CMs) to ensure customer and client agreement on scope and estimate for construction projects.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Review, validate, and maintain project file documentation for marketing and construction projects.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete with customers and clients for both marketing and construction projects.
- Prepare and distribute estimates, marketing plans, and sales collateral to all necessary parties.
- Maintain communication logs and prepare project reports for marketing and construction activities.
Operations & Logistics:
- Interface with subcontractors for availability and maintain relationships.
- Sign up new subcontractors and manage their insurances and licensing.
- Issue purchase orders based on project budgets for both marketing and construction needs.
- Acquire proper permits and ensure compliance with local municipalities for marketing events and construction projects.
- Schedule inspections with building departments for construction projects.
- Update project schedules, timelines, and budgets for marketing and construction activities.
- Order materials and supplies as needed for marketing events and construction projects.
Financial Management:
- Validate completed purchase order documentation for both marketing and construction expenses.
- Update contract status with change orders and keep customers and clients advised for both marketing and construction projects.
- Manage collections activities related to both marketing and construction projects.
- Perform project closeout procedures for both marketing and construction initiatives.
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
