Your responsibilities

  • Independent management of the store as a Partnerkaufmann (m/w/d) according to the toom Baumarkt GmbH mission statement
  • Aligning your actions in the store with the needs of our customers and implementing services as a local entrepreneur
  • Leading and developing your store team, with a focus on independently shaping the personnel structure
  • Achieving your self-set budget goals and taking responsibility for strategic location development
  • Ensuring (seasonal) product availability and ensuring smooth processes in the store
  • Establishing an effective communication structure in the store and integrating ideas and impulses
