The hvv manages public transportation (ÖPNV) in the Hamburg metropolitan region for three federal states, eight districts, 30 transportation companies, and around 3.67 million inhabitants.

With around 90 employees, hvv GmbH is the coordinating organization and ensures a high-performance and user-friendly ÖPNV.

We are currently seeking a communicative and creative individual (m/f/d) with strong conceptual skills to join our Sales & Digital Processes department as soon as possible and in full-time.

The employment contract is permanent.

Product Manager (m/f/d) Digital Products / Touchpoints ÖPNV

Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for the vision and user experience of our website as well as other digital products and touchpoints
You are in charge of building and implementing the roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams and constantly identify new trends, market movements, and customer needs
You represent the product throughout its entire lifecycle - planning, coordination, marketing, and monitoring of product development
You ensure customer orientation and continuously improve the level of customer and user experience
You inspire our team with innovative ideas and represent our product to superiors and stakeholders

Your qualifications:
Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, business informatics, product development, or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in product and project management, as well as references in the implementation of
