    Summary:
    Under limited supervision, this position performs a variety of routine and complex clerical duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of paper and electronic data under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Accurately key all numeric information from images that originate from customer and inter-bank transactions statewide via ARGO teller and Vsoft platformsReview and balance all out of balance transactions received from the ARGO teller platform, vaults, and department work statewide by inserting customer, teller, or department adjustmentsAnswer calls from financial centers concerning transactions processed in ARGOMaintain log of all Vsoft entries received from Nashville, Maryville, Chattanooga, and MemphisResearch and make decisions on duplicate items received from the check centerProof and encode adjustments with serial numbersPrepare work for sorter capture by removing all rubber bands, paper clips, and staplesWork closely with check center to report issues in VsoftCommunicate any system or customer issues to managementPerforms all other duties as assignedQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
    High school diploma or GED10,000 KPHBalancing experience (credits, debits)

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work with little or no supervisionWorks well with peers and other departmentsWillingness to work overtime when necessaryComputer and Office Equipment SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and email functionsHours:
    Monday - Friday, 11AM - 7:00PM, or until work is complete
