- Thoroughly assess existing processes related to planning, SD, and product definition. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in the process of selecting and implementing a new tool to improve forecasting and planning capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of process changes by effectively communicating with stakeholders and providing necessary training and support.
- Lead the writing of functional requirements, configure and develop test plans and scripts, and conduct component, integration, and user acceptance tests
- Manage advanced production support issues and service requests using ServiceNow while committing to timely resolution and adhering to SLAs
- Partner with business functions to expand business knowledge and increase functional expertise in multiple areas while being able to instinctively recommend to-be solutions to resolve business needs
- Promote information sharing across sites to optimize application usage and minimize duplicated development efforts
- Role requires occasional travel (5%-10%)
- Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in SAP PP
- Familiar with SAP CM25 scheduling, MRP, BOMs, routings, SAP MM, SAP SD, SQL, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, other languages advantageous
