- Produce routine documents and reports as needed.
- Proofread materials for inaccuracies and errors. Makes corrections or returns to appropriate person to make corrections.
- Maintain email and other communication with OCHN provider network as directed.
- File materials according to subject matter, alphabetically, numerically, or chronologically.
- Make copies of departmental files, records, and correspondence.
- Answer routine inquiries by phone or in person. Directs callers and visitors to the proper party or department. Relays messages, as necessary.
- Releases departmental information according to standardized departmental procedures. Refers unusual requests to supervisor.
- May be responsible for meeting coordination and set up.

- Assist in planning and facilitation of team meetings.
- Assist in review and development of policy monitoring tools and practices.
- Track and report on completion of due process notice audits.
- Design and maintenance of team electronic file structure.
- Creating, entering data with Smartsheets.
- Scanning Appeal related documents.
- Processing Subpoena & FOIA.
- Creating PowerPoint Trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a GED certificate.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college/university bachelor's or master's degree program, pursuing a degree in health education, training and development, workforce development, social work, public health, or closely related field.

- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency with quickly learning and working within new software systems such as Learning Management Systems (example: Docebo).
