About the Role


The Director, HR Operations will lead the Total Rewards and HRIS teams, assuming overall accountability for strategy development, design, implementation, administration, and governance of all compensation, benefit programs, and HR systems for InvestCloud.

This role will ensure all programs align with business objectives, are competitive, sustainable and have an impact on the long
- and short-term performance of the organization by being effective in attracting, rewarding, and retaining key talent, and are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. This position will also oversee Global Mobility and HRIS administration as well as play a prominent role in M&A due diligence, integration planning, and execution. As a member of the InvestCloud HR team, the Director, HR Operations, must be willing to work analytically and administratively, as well as operating strategically to support business success.


How you will provide meaningful contributions:

  • Manage and evolve a team of experts in the fields of Total Rewards, HRIS, and Global Mobility
  • Ownership and administration of various benefit programs, such as group health, life, disability, flexible spending, 401(k) Plan, COBRA, Time Off and Disability.
  • Manages service providers, outsourced vendors, and brokers on a global basis to ensure compliance with processes, requirements, laws, and service expectations
  • Develop plan designs and recommend benefit programs based on overall effectiveness, benchmarks, market assessment, business strategy and cost impact
  • Lead the compensation function including base compensation, shortterm and longterm incentive compensation
  • Oversight of all Compensation Planning activities from Salary Planning, Incentive Funding and YE Compensation Recommendations
  • Manage the development and maintenance of the company's Human Resource Information System (UltiPro)
  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams on implementation of solutions
  • Design and own the technology roadmap and manage vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and filings
  • Support the analysis and preparation of Board of Director and Executive Committee materials

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:


  • 810 years Human Resources experience with at least 3 years leading Total Rewards and HRIS at a complex global organization
  • Thorough knowledge of government regulations and filing and compliance requirements governing labor laws, compensation, and benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Section 125, HIPAA, DOL and ACA requirements
  • Broad knowledge of HR policies, practices, and the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong experience with developing and maintaining HRIS systems. UltiPro a definite plus.
  • Critical thinker, problemsolver who focuses on continuous improvement; with the ability to help others see the bigger picture, connecting the appropriate "dots"
  • Tendency toward working within a dynamic environment; personally flexible and adaptable
  • Comfort with ambiguity and in helping team members navigate the same.
  • Strong Project Management skills, deep analytical skills, and deep knowledge of compensation programs
  • Demonstrated ability to process data accuracy and provide timely delivery of projects
  • Ability to be team focused, unbiased and collaborative as well as work independent

About InvestCloud


The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.


Salary range:
$160,000 - $200,000
