For our client in the solar technology industry, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) in
direct placement.


Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the proper functioning of all production systems, technical equipment in the building, and related facilities.
  • You implement the needs of the production.
  • You coordinate, monitor, and carry out all maintenance and inspection cycles.
  • Planning and implementing changes and adjustments to systems are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You actively manage projects to expand the systems, while adhering to the budget and ensuring timely implementation.
  • You ensure the integration of technical, environmental, health, and safety aspects.

Profile:

  • You have a degree in engineering or a related field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation technology.
  • You have 5 years of professional experience in a similar position in maintenance.
  • Your experience in maintaining systems, supply technology, and process technology sets you apart.
  • You have knowledge in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and improvement of production systems.
  • You have fluent German and English skills.
  • You have an understanding of production processes.
