As the Chief Financial Officer, you will have responsibility for the company's financial reporting, strategic planning process, and corporate governance. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health, profitability reporting, and compliance with financial and tax regulations. This position requires a strong and experienced background in healthcare finance with excellent communication and leadership skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer's key responsibilities include corporate governance, financial reporting, planning and analysis, financial management, compliance and regulatory oversight, and team leadership. The Chief Financial Officer will also have responsibilities in the areas of human resources, IT oversight and implementation, and will need to have a sound understanding of relevant legal and regulatory concepts that impact the business.
