- Visiting physician's offices regularly to ensure satisfaction post-referral
- Promoting service standards for KCC
- Developing a basic understanding of regional business conditions, industry trends, and competition
- Strengthening partnerships of KCC physician practices with other practices through active engagement
- Obtaining feedback from referring physicians to ensure satisfaction with KCC services
- Acting as a brand representative, upholding and communicating company standards
- Performing marketing and sales activities in an assigned geographic area to meet objectives
- Expanding the referral base of the practice by reaching out to primary care/family provider offices
- Maintaining accurate records of action plans, physician credentialing, and correspondence with stakeholders
- Participating in individual and group projects as instructed by management
- Performing other duties as assigned
