Description

Do you have a solid background and foundation in Accounts Payables, with an emphasis on strong leadership? You must have a proven track record of maintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliers, processing payments from clients, and training staff members.

Essential Job Functions

Training, motivating, and evaluating accounts payable staff members.
Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
Obtain proper approval for invoices before payment.
Assist with monthend closing activities, including account reconciliations.
Generate reports as needed for management.
Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders. Implementing effective systems and processes

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
