Cazador Consulting Group is currently hiring an HR Generalist, that will ensure that all employees follow all HR-related policies and procedures.

Create all onboarding procedures for all new employees and conduct all training and development.

Will assist the HR Manager in managing all daily HR department functions, including but not limited to recruiting, payroll, benefits, LOA.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct recruitment efforts: coordinate job postings, review resumes, perform reference checks, and coordinate interviews.
Implement and administer employee policies providing highquality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
Offer proactive recruiting assistance.
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
Prepare termination and severance letters.
Train and provide support to HR team members.
Manage staff training/development program.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., Paychex) will be a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problemsolving.
Desire to work as a team with a resultsdriven approach.

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
