Interact with callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking.- Actively resolved complaints, and concerns, and resolve routine inquiries.
- Proven record of meeting targets, with strong analytical skills
- Ask appropriate questions and actively listen to identify underlying questions/issues
- Researched articles and work instructions for efficient issue resolution.
- Documented notes and summarized conversation details.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant internal processes impacting caller issues.
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
