What to expect:


  • As a Warranty and Maintenance Management Employee (m/f/d), you will be responsible for customeroriented support of construction projects during the warranty and maintenance phase.
  • You will manage warranty cases, taking into account economic aspects.
  • You will handle initial inspections of reported defects.
  • Your tasks will also include onsite technical inspections and consultations at construction sites.
  • You will be responsible for the technical and economic acceptance of damage and defect repairs, as well as organizing and overseeing the process.
  • In case of complex warranty issues, you will coordinate crossdepartmental communication with relevant experts (m/f/d) and the project team.
  • You will systematically document all warranty cases and provide evaluations, ensuring knowledge transfer for future error prevention.
  • You will manage maintenance work and maintain the maintenance schedule.
  • Correspondence with customers, clients, and subcontractors will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will review contracts and performance specifications and handle billing.

Your foundation:


  • You have successfully completed a technical degree in architecture, civil engineering, building services engineering, facility management, or equivalent education with initial work experience. Alternatively, you have completed a technical or trade apprenticeship with several years of work experience.
  • You have experience in turnkey construction.
  • You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • You have a solutionoriented, independent, and responsible work style, as well as good communication skills with clients and subcontractors.
