Job Description:
At Pneumatic Scale Angelus in Clearwater, FL there are multiple product lines we manufacture to support the packaging indutry.
We build machines that our customers purchase to produce many of the products you might find, for example, in the grocery store.
As an Application Engineer for the Mateer Powder Filler and Burt Labeler product lines you will be asked to help support and improve the technical efforts of the Mateer/Burt Engineering team.
This is an entry level role with broad theoretical job knowledge.This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within the product lines and within Pneumatic Scale Angelus as a whole.
You will perform some routine assignments but also be asked to contribute your unique skills and talents to problem solving and improvement.
You will receive mentoring and instruction from senior members of the team with years of experience in the product lines.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and be a contributing member of the Mateer and Burt teams.
Work with different internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor time and cost for product lines.
Solve problems and provide technical support.
Presents and implement new ideas into new or existing products.
Help to improve current design of machines.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product lines.
Might perform technical training to the clients or to internal teams.
Run test lab for Mateer product line.
