At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Reception Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at Hotel Strandlust Bremen in Dresbach, MN.

Your Profile

  • You have completed a vocational training in the hotel industry or have previous experience in the hotel industry or customer service career changers are welcome
  • Knowledge of hotel software HS3 and MS Office programs is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • You have an outgoing personality and impress with your friendly and courteous manner towards guests
  • You have a selfsufficient work style
  • You are flexible, resilient, and have a high level of teamwork skills

Your Tasks

  • Care for our international guest circle
  • Independent execution of reception tasks, checkin, checkout, cash reconciliation, controls, correspondence including processing and sending emails, conducting daily closings
  • Acceptance and processing of reservations
  • Competent guest advice
