Our client is a highly successful homecare company, operating in both traditional homecare and intensive care.

We are currently seeking a team leader for both the traditional homecare division and the intensive care division in Baden-Württemberg.

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of ten care managers
Developing and coaching team members
Acquiring new clients from hospitals and care facilities
Building and expanding networks
Managing key accounts
Collaborating closely with other departments
Implementing company strategies

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training in the healthcare field
Several years of experience in homecare sales
Preferably experience in a leadership role
Enthusiasm, joy, and competence in working with employees and clients
Ideally located in the Stuttgart
Reutlingen
Villingen
Schwenningen region
Fluent in German
