    Description Scarpetta Restaurant, LDV Hospitality's modern, seasonal Italian spot in the Flatiron District, seeks talented and experienced Servers to join our team The ideal candidate is positive, professional, and has upscale New York restaurant experience. Applicants must have weekend and holiday availability.

    The Role: A server is responsible for serving guests by assisting with food and beverage selections, ringing in and monitoring orders, maintaining dining ambiance and overall cleanliness and presentation of the space.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Greets guests in a warm and professional manner

    Maintains a working knowledge of full food and drink menu

    Delivers food promptly and professionally; maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards, and follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests

    Experience working under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant

    Ability to demonstrate hospitality while establishing rapport with guests

    Have knowledge of state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol

    Practice highest regard for safety within all areas with all materials
