Your responsibilities:

  • Lead your store to success through employee management and development, transparent communication, and your expertise in the field
  • Be responsible for achieving goals in the store and always keep an eye on the business metrics
  • Put our customers at the center and offer individual solutions in serviceoriented sales and consultation conversations
  • Implement our sales routines excellently and ensure an exceptional customer experience with optimal processes in the store
  • Continuously develop your store, implement local measures, and be an important contact person for the ENT doctors of our customers

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a Hearing Aid Master (m/f/d)
  • Always act customeroriented and enjoy consultation and sales
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy
  • Enjoy working in a team and contribute to the collective success
  • Organizational talent with high flexibility and sense of responsibility
