    Description
    Service Desk Agent | 6-month Contract | Remote (PT) | Multiple-hire

    Do you want to be part of a business supporting the medical space, using AI technologies?


    A key client is looking for a team of confident Service Desk Agents to join the technical team within their newly acquired Digital AI company.

    Your responsibilities include handling inbound contact from end users in the medical space, document troubleshooting, and resolving external customer issues.

    You will utilize your troubleshooting skills and manage incoming tickets. Your time management and organizational abilities will be essential for success in this role.


    Experience Required:
    L1 & L2
    Technical customer service experience
    Hands-on experience with inbound phone calls
    Knowledge of system and software methods
    Confident customer service in a fast-paced environment
    Experience with ticketing systems, MS Teams, and Outlook
    Ability to complete high-level work at the computer
    Experience working towards SLAs and KPIs
    Epic Systems is a bonus
    Responding to complex tickets over the phone and email from customers and clients (E.g., insurance claims, prescriptions, e-commerce, payment processing, order status, etc.)
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

    Our client is excited to be building its new office in Austin, TX, so while the role is remote it would be beneficial to be near the area for occasional visits to their brand-new facilities and to meet the team

    Working hours are 8am-5pm on Pacific Time Zone.
