Location: Chula Vista, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

We focus on comprehensive dental solutions with a personalized approach. We are looking to expand our team with a skilled Dental Assistant who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care.

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to support our dental operations. The successful candidate will assist in various dental procedures, maintain and sterilize dental instruments, and ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care during their visit.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
Set up and sanitize operatory before and after patients.
Take and process dental X-rays.
Keep track of dental materials and inventory.
Maintain patient dental records and assist in the management of files.
Educate patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
Ensure all health and safety protocols are meticulously followed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited dental assistant program.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role.
Certification and/or license as required by the state of California.
Proficiency in dental office software.
Strong understanding of dental procedures and sanitation standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.
