part-time Dental Assistant to join our team

We seek a warm and detail-oriented
part-time
Dental Assistant:

Dental assisting certification (REQUIRED)
Xray certification (REQUIRED)
Good knowledge of tooth surfaces and general assisting terminology
Good computer skills
Communicating with patients with compassion and addressing their concerns
Understanding doctor treatment planning to better educate patients
Documenting existing conditions and phasing new treatment accurately
Teamwork, multitasking, problem solving and getting things done

Duties Include:

Sterilization
Setup and breakdown of treatment rooms
Dental assisting
Helping to keep the office clean
Answering and triage phone calls
Scheduling
Insurance verification
Will be trained to help at the front desk

This is a part-time position: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm ; Friday 7:30 am-1:30 pm

Salary:
$22-$26 per hour (depending on experience)
