Your responsibilities:

Leading planning and construction projects in the field of technical building equipment
Bringing your experience in refrigeration and heating technology for energy centers and district heating networks
Communication with all parties involved in project development, planning, tendering, construction supervision, commissioning, transfer to operation, and documentation
Conducting acceptance tests, creating performance specifications, tendering and selecting subcontractors, as well as leading planning meetings
Coordinating costs, deadlines, and quality in all project phases
Leading and taking responsibility for your project team

Your qualifications:

You have a degree in building services engineering or a comparable field.
You have several years of relevant experience in project planning, design, tendering, and site supervision of HVAC systems.
