For our client in Lichtenfels, we are looking for YOU to join their team as a

Color Development Employee (m/f/d) - Plastic Sector


Your responsibilities:

  • Development of customer-specific products
  • Creation of formulations using computer-aided recipe system
  • Operation of plastic processing machines for production of test specimens
  • Production of masterbatches and compounds on a laboratory scale
  • Testing and documentation of work results

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in plastic processing
  • Technical understanding
  • Basic knowledge of color theory
  • Willingness to work in 2 shifts
  • German language skills at level B
  • Reliability, teamwork and flexibility
  • Independent and structured work style with quick comprehension
