(m/f/d) / Full-time to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

In the area of operational organization:

Planning and implementation of the overall bank organization
Implementation of regulatory and legal requirements
Support of departments in planning and implementing new and changing processes and guidelines, as well as analysis and maintenance of existing business and bank processes
Leading and participating in projects, as well as reviewing the implementation and compliance with agreed conditions
Liaison with data center and external IT service providers
Authorization and release management for the applications and procedures used (e.g. agree21/ agree21Finanzen / Omnikanalplattform)
Support in emergency and outsourcing management

Your qualifications

You have a banking or IT education or comparable professional experience
Ideally, you have practical experience in the organizational field
You are service and solutionoriented
You work independently and with a high sense of responsibility, but are also a team player
You are wellorganized
