    Adaptive is a rapidly growing vertical software company building an AI-native ERP for real estate and construction.

    We serve small businesses that are building communities across the country, including general contractors, subcontractors and trades. Our customers conceive of and construct environments where people connect and build memories.

    Our sales team identifies net-new sales opportunities among these SMBs through strategic account research, cold calling, email marketing,
     and leveraging our product's value proposition to accurately qualify true sales opportunities into the Account Executive pipeline.
