We, that is a small agency in Osnabrück, have set ourselves the goal of providing industrial customers with a perfect 360° service. To fulfill this, we are looking for a motivated team player (m/f/d) who is familiar with project management within an agency. You should have experience in coordinating tasks within an advertising or marketing agency and be familiar with the processes in general. Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana or similar would be beneficial, but we are happy to train you if needed.

Your tasks will include:

Primary coordination of projects with support from colleagues in the respective departments.
Project, time and resource planning for employees using tools such as Asana, Slack or similar.
Telephone and electronic customer contact during ongoing projects.
Optional administration and management of online marketing tasks (social media, etc.).
Keeping an overview of all projects.

In short, we are looking for someone who is structured, reliable and motivated to keep all the threads together. Communication is key and important to us, as you will be a central point of contact for employees, clients and external freelancers. We value motivation more than certificates or degrees.
