Karl Packaging GmbH is a locally based family business with values such as commitment and innovation. Our focus is on sustainable and individual film and paper packaging for our customers. With our modern machinery, we print with up to 12 colors, laminate and assemble films and bags of various designs.
As sustainable solutions are particularly important to us, we also manufacture compostable product packaging.

We are currently looking for:

Media Technologist Printing / Printer (Flexo Printer) (m/f/d)

(Career changers with a technical background are also welcome.)

What you bring:

  • a completed apprenticeship as a printer (m/f/d) or media technologist in the field of printing (m/f/d).
  • You are a career changer with a technical background.
  • first experience in operating a printing machine.
  • good technical understanding,
  • resilience, flexibility and teamwork,
  • willingness to work in shifts (2 or 3 shifts).

Your tasks with us:

  • setting up, converting and operating our flexo printing machines,
  • producing packaging products according to order and specifications,
  • monitoring the quality of your work results,
