Your mission:

As our
Team Lead Operations (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading the hardware department with disciplinary responsibility for supply chain management, procurement, quality, and service.

Internal and external hardware support
Prioritization and validation of hardware requests / assembly support
Ensuring timely material procurement and coordinating production schedules with our suppliers
Coordinating production and delivery plans between sales, suppliers, and logistics
Managing returns
Independently analyzing, defining, and implementing suitable measures to optimize product availability, inventory levels, and lead times
Ensuring quality management processes
Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to the operations team

Your background:

Experience in internal and external hardware support
Prioritization and validation of hardware requests / assembly support
Ensuring timely material procurement and coordinating production schedules with our suppliers
Coordinating production and delivery plans between sales, suppliers, and logistics
Managing returns
