    Job Description

    Our Census Department plays a crucial role within Pension Services, Inc. We are responsible for accurately updating records, maintaining document management systems, and assisting with spreadsheet management. As a key support function, our department ensures the integrity and accessibility of important data for various departments within the organization.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this entry-level position is to accurately update records within our systems, maintain document management, and assist with spreadsheet management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

    · Update and maintain records using and Document Management System.

    · Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.

    · Review daily incoming data, conduct preliminary reviews, and compare against existing records to identify any discrepancies or missing documents.

    · Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate updates to records as requested.

    · Assist with the collection and organization of annual payroll and employee demographic census spreadsheets from clients.

    · Support other departments by providing necessary information for actuarial analysis and preparation of annual retirement plan reports.

    · Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

    · Updating and filing client documents.

    · Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

    · Any/all other assigned duties by the Census Manager or a member of the Management team.
