    FVOP is a highly successful, growth-oriented company that assists municipal and industrial/commercial clients providing water and wastewater treatment plant operation services.

    Working with the owner, we provide expert operation, maintenance, and asset management for public and private systems.

    We are currently looking for a talented WATER / WASTEWATER OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to join our growing team in the Wixom, Michigan area.

    We support our staff through training, and on-going certifications to enhance their professional development. FVOP is a growth-oriented company which affords staff major opportunities for career advancement.

    Responsibilities:


    Operate and maintain wastewater and water treatment facilities systemsPerform troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of water and wastewater mechanical and electrical systemsPerform sampling and process control laboratory analysisOperate and maintain pump stations, well houses and valvesPrepare field reportsGeneral maintenance of work area and equipmentQualifications:High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) requiredObtain water and/or wastewater certifications within 18 months Water / sewer experience desirable, EGLE certifications a plusExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsTeam player who is willing to pitch inF&V offers a competitive salary, benefits and career development opportunities.
