Your tasks

Our professionals in the driving department know the streets of Oak City like the back of their hand - on over 116 lines and a distance of around 964 kilometers. They ensure that everything runs according to schedule, both in front of and behind the scenes, and skillfully navigate the narrowest corners of the city with the bus.

  • You will obtain a Class D driver's license (we will pay for it) and safely transport our passengers from A to B.
  • We will show you how we organize our bus operations: Where and when do the different lines run? How are travel times calculated?
  • During your time in our control center, you will support our drivers with radio communication, accident reports, creating passenger information, and announcing spontaneous detours.
  • In our service centers, we will train you in customer service, including ticket sales and complaint management.
  • With your technical knowledge, you will perform minor repairs in our maintenance workshop, such as changing brake lights and tires on the buses.
Your profile - what you bring
  • You are passionate about buses and public transportation and are eager to learn about all aspects of a successful bus operation.
  • You have at least a good secondary school diploma and a Class B driver's license.
