What You'll Get to Do:
CACI is offering an exciting opportunity for academically accomplished and technically oriented individuals who are looking for paid Summer Internships This position is 100% remote, however you will be required to travel to local offices in the Reston and Chantilly, VA area as you will be part of a team supporting Enterprise IT programs and proposals there and at other locations.
As a team member, you will be working with the latest technologies and industry standards to solve real world problems.
More About the Role:
You will assist an engineering team to design and support enterprise network modernization solutions across the project life cycle. You will monitor and oversee the completion of tasks under the direction of a senior Engineer.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be at least a rising college sophomore or junior with demonstrated academic achievement and technical aptitude.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong oral and written communications skills
Technical experience or knowledge of basic network engineering principles, methods and related industry standards.
Coursework providing background in network engineering and
communications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software applications.
Ability to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Travel to other local CACI Locations or Customer Sites as necessary.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Technical experience or knowledge of Cisco and Juniper
Technical experience and knowledge of AWS, Microsoft or Google cloud networking concepts and methods
Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field is preferred, not required.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, not required.
Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).

Pay Range:
The proposed salary range for this position is $39,900-$79,900.
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
