Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Burt, MI

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers and members in person
  • Providing advice on our services to customers and members
  • Conducting brief consultations for standard transactions
  • Independently recognizing sales signals and referring them to specialists if necessary

Your qualifications:

  • Completed banking apprenticeship
  • High level of service, consulting, and sales competence
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team
