Your tasks:

  • Accompanying a specific child in their school and daycare routine
  • Individual and needsbased support and promotion
  • Monitoring the child's learning progress
  • Consultation with our coordinators

Your profile:

  • Enjoy working with children
  • Strong sense of responsibility and empathy
  • Warmth and a reliable and trustworthy work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively in German
  • Previous experience as a kindergarten/KITA teacher, babysitter, inclusion assistant, or integration support is an advantage, but not required
  • We also welcome career changers or employees without formal qualifications
