    JOB SUMMARY

    The Corporate Compliance Lead, Senior Compliance Analyst, or Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing or supporting our corporate compliance programs, including privacy and anti-money laundering (AML); researching and analyzing related legislation and regulations; and drafting and administering or advising as to related compliance policies and procedures.

    Position level will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and experience.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Education

    •Bachelor's degree. Combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

    Experience

    •Compliance Analyst: 2+ years of insurance experience, compliance, claims, underwriting, or customer service.

    •Senior Compliance Analyst: 3+ years of insurance compliance experience and previous privacy compliance experience.

    •Corporate Compliance Lead: 5+ years of insurance compliance experience and extensive prior privacy compliance experience.
