    Description
    This is a PRN position.

    • 2 days a week.

    The Wound Center is a hospital outpatient department that provides evaluation and management for wounds and ulcers of all types.

    We run clinic with 2-3 medical providers daily, M-F 8am-430pm.
    Opening RN's undress, clean, assess, measure, document and photograph wounds and enter all information into Epic.
    Closing RN's apply ordered dressings and educate patient on wound care, dressing changes, nutrition, etc. Negative pressure wound therapy, Total contact casting, Skin Sub applications are some of the advanced modalities we offer.
    Wound care experience preferred but not required.
    Collaboration with providers, surgeons, and other members of the patient care team.

    Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program

    Licensure:

    Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
