In Germany, the company operates 41 facilities in 18 cities with over 15,000 parking spaces. We are currently seeking a Parking Facility Attendant (m/f/d) for our facilities in Hattingen and Witten. This position requires a working time of hours per month.

We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experience, including career changers and individuals over 55 years old.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintenance of parking facilities and equipment
Inspection and maintenance of all lighting fixtures
Performing minor repairs as needed
Collecting and reconciling shortterm parking fees from automated payment machines
Managing longterm parkers
Snow removal
Acting as a point of contact for clients and users on site

Requirements:

Basic understanding of business and technical operations, previous experience as a caretaker is a plus
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Handyman skills (no technical training required)
Willingness to learn and adapt
Reliable and detailoriented with good communication skills
Friendly and customeroriented
Willingness to work shifts and be on call
Fluent in German (written and spoken)
Valid driver's license,
