We are currently seeking a Claims Handler (m/f/d) in the field of property damage management at our headquarters in Hannover.

Here's what you can look forward to:
Processing of claims for all types of property insurance Verification of insurance coverage and plausibility Claims management, including determining the amount of compensation, settling and rejecting claims, and commissioning/arranging for service providers or services Handling of objections and complaints Identification and processing of recovery and suspected fraud cases Providing input (m/f/d) for the continuous optimization of claims handling processes Here's what you bring to the table: Training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial training, such as a banking or industrial clerk (m/f/d)

Professional experience in handling property insurance claims Communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact Solution-oriented work and enjoyment of diverse tasks Here's what we offer you:
