Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise production area with financial accountability and strategic alignment
Lead projects and teams to address deviations from goals efficiently
Identify and implement improvement initiatives
Provide guidance to middle and junior management tiers and foster collaborative relationships with relevant departments
Collaborate with the plant's general manager, process managers, and shift managers to plan and execute operational and tactical improvements.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in food production according to IFS/BRC standards
Experience in leading and supervising employees
Lean Manufacturing/Opex experience
