- Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement strategies for success, leveraging our tools and resources to maximize impact.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to both our tutors and partner schools, helping them make the most of our unique solutions.
- Act as a champion for our company and brand, advocating for the unique value we bring.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement while learning directly from the best
- Onboard, launch and support customers.
- A minimum of one year experience in a Customer Success position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust and comfort in taking a leadership role with school leadership.
- Hospitality experience would be a bonus
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results.
- A high degree of proficiency in customary productivity tools (e.g., Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Hubspot, etc.) and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for tackling new challenges and opportunities.
