What You'll Do:
Build and nurture strong relationships with our school partners, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement strategies for success, leveraging our tools and resources to maximize impact.
Provide exceptional support and guidance to both our tutors and partner schools, helping them make the most of our unique solutions.
Act as a champion for our company and brand, advocating for the unique value we bring.Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement while learning directly from the best
Onboard, launch and support customers.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of one year experience in a Customer Success position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust and comfort in taking a leadership role with school leadership.
Hospitality experience would be a bonusExcellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and
a commitment to delivering results.
A high degree of proficiency in customary productivity tools (e.g., Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Hubspot, etc.) and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
Flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for tackling new challenges and opportunities.remote work
