    Description


    LVI has partnered with a reputable multi-disciplinary engineering firm with a huge presence across the US and a strong foothold on the southeast.

    Their team of dedicated, specialist engineers collaborate between disciplines to complete a range of complex projects across an array of structure types, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.

    They are looking from a technical lead to carry out forensic structural investigations, root cause analyses, large-loss investigations and structural evaluations for damage related to storm events, water intrusion, vehicle impacts, product failures, design defects, and construction defects.

    They are renowned for their company culture and the quality of work they deliver to an array of clients in the public, private and commercial sectors.

    They are looking for senior engineers, with management experience, to build and develop and office around.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

    Professional Engineer (PE).

    Minimum 5-10 years of Relevant Experience.

    Strong technical, written and verbal communication including strong people management skills and customer service focused.


    Job Duties:
    Perform Forensic Investigations on new and existing buildings.

    Develop scope of services and prepare proposals.

    Analyze, research, and investigate data.

    Structural repair/restoration consulting on existing buildings.

    Travel to physical site locations to investigate and report on structural damages and failures.

    Ability to support conclusions through appropriate expert testimony in legal proceedings.

    Lead and manage both new and existing projects.
