Ecovis Europe AG is looking for a Tax Advisor (m/w/d) to join our friendly team at our locations in Düsseldorf, Köln, Langenfeld, Oberhausen or Berlin (Friedenstraße). We are looking to continue growing and are seeking a Tax Advisor (m/w/d) to join our team in full or parttime capacity.

In an initial phone interview, we will discuss your expectations and desires for a position with us and which of our exciting areas of expertise would be a good fit for you:

National/International compliance consulting, tax planning, conversions/restructuring/M&A processes, tax criminal law, international tax law, real estate taxation, e-commerce, startups/entrepreneurship, business succession/wealth succession, healthcare, China Desk (Chinese clients), Türkiye Desk (Turkish clients), non-profit organizations (NPO)/public services/charitable organizations/foundations.

Your responsibilities:

Comprehensive support for your own client base from various industries, legal forms, and sizes
Tax and business consulting in the areas of national and/or international tax law
Review of annual financial statements for individuals and corporations (small, medium, and large) as well as tax returns
Optional: Leading a team (approx. 25 people) within
