To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an Real Estate and Property Manager for the management of our own real estate portfolio (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Establishment of a property management department
  • Accompaniment of own new construction projects as a manager during the development phase
  • Independent management of our own portfolio of properties (condominium mandates or rental and special property management)
  • Respectful communication with tenants, service providers, and contractors
  • Commercial property management, including preparation of utility cost statements, rent adjustments, debt collection, and handling legal cases
  • Rental of apartments and commercial spaces, including contract preparation
  • Conducting documented property inspections and construction site meetings
