    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.

    As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to identify behavior challenges and develop behavior plans
    • Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
    • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client progress
    • Provide training and support to other team members

    Requirements:

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Current state license as a Behavior Analyst
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
    • Strong knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
