    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct assessments to identify behavior challenges and develop behavior plans

    Provide ongoing support to clients and their families

    Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress

    Provide training and support to other team members

    Requirements:

    Requirements:

    Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

    Current state license as a Behavior Analyst

    Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges

    Strong knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong organizational and time management skills
